Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using SSRM Tech™ or related systems, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the system.
2. License Model
SSRM Tech™ and related systems are provided under annual license.
Licenses:
Are non-transferable
Are tied to a unique anonymous token
Grant access for one year from activation
Enterprise licenses may include multiple tokens.
3. Anonymous Token Access
Access is granted via a unique anonymous token.
Tokens:
Cannot be recovered if lost
Cannot be reissued
Cannot be linked to identity
Cannot be restored using payment receipt
Loss of token results in permanent loss of access.
This irreversibility is inherent to the system’s privacy architecture
4. No Medical or Clinical Use
SSRM Tech™ is not:
A medical device
A diagnostic tool
A substitute for licensed healthcare
A crisis intervention service
The system does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or psychiatric conditions.
Users remain responsible for seeking professional care when necessary.
5. Enterprise Use
Enterprise cohort insights:
Are aggregated
Require minimum participation threshold
Do not include individual-level data
Are statistical in nature
Organizations remain responsible for internal HR, operational, or clinical decisions.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate issuance of anonymous tokens and the irrecoverable access structure:
All license purchases are final.
Refunds are not guaranteed once a token has been issued.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SSRM GTC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the system.
The system is provided “as is” without warranties of specific results.
8. User Responsibility
Users agree:
To use the system voluntarily
To store tokens securely
To accept responsibility for engagement level
Not to attempt to reverse-engineer the system
9. Intellectual Property
All technology, software, design, and materials are the intellectual property of SSRM GTC.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States.
Disputes shall be resolved under that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
SSRM GTC may update these Terms as necessary.
Updated versions will be posted on this page.
