Our systems are designed so that access to SSRM Tech™ and related technologies is granted via anonymous tokens without requiring the collection or storage of personal identity information within the system engine.
This Privacy Policy explains what data is and is not collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.
2. Personal Identity Data
SSRM GTC does not collect or store personal identity data within the SSRM Tech™ engine.
The system does not require:
Name
Age
Gender
Physical address
Government ID
Medical history
Diagnostic records
Access is granted through a unique anonymous token.
The engine cannot associate token activity with an identifiable individual.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
SSRM GTC does not store credit card numbers or payment details.
Payment processors may collect personal data necessary to complete transactions. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Anonymous System Data
While personal identity data is not collected, the system may retain anonymous, non-identifying operational data for the purpose of:
System functionality
Platform stability
Scientific analysis at cohort level
Product improvement
This data cannot be linked to a specific individual.
Users may request deletion of their pseudonymous system record prior to token expiration.
Deletion permanently removes associated anonymous data.
5. Enterprise Cohort Reporting
For enterprise deployments:
Only aggregated cohort-level insights may be generated
A minimum participation threshold applies
No individual-level reporting is available
No personal identity data is accessible
Cohort insights are anonymous and statistical in nature.
6. Data Security
SSRM GTC applies commercially reasonable technical safeguards to protect system integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
Because no personal identity data is stored within the engine, identity-based breach exposure is structurally minimized.
7. Cookies & Website Data
The SSRM GTC website may use standard hosting-level analytics or essential cookies for functionality and performance.
These do not connect to engine token data.
8. Token Responsibility
Access to SSRM Tech™ is granted through a unique anonymous token.
Tokens cannot be recovered if lost.
SSRM GTC cannot restore access without compromising anonymity.
Users are solely responsible for storing their token securely.
9. International Users
SSRM GTC operates internationally.
By using the website or purchasing a license, users acknowledge that data may be processed in jurisdictions where SSRM GTC operates.
10. Changes to This Policy
SSRM GTC may update this Privacy Policy as necessary.
Updated versions will be posted on this page.
